1. Legal Entity

This service is provided by Metilience (메틸리언스). The product brand used for TOEIC RC training is CREDIC.

2. Service Description

CREDIC is a digital educational service for TOEIC RC practice, trap-type feedback, and personalized review recommendations.

3. Account

You must provide accurate account information and maintain account security. Each user must use their own account and may not share account access.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Renewal

Subscription pricing and renewal details are available on ourPricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

Current public pricing includes: RC (KRW 2,900 first month, KRW 3,900/month thereafter), RC Plus (KRW 5,900/month), Speaking (Text, KRW 5,900/month), and RC + Speaking Plus (KRW 8,900/month).

Plan allowances include, depending on plan tier, tutor turns, RC daily question caps, and monthly speaking-session caps. Allowances are disclosed on the Pricing page and may differ by plan.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions.

5. Refunds

Refund rules and eligibility are described in ourRefund Policy.

6. Usage Limits and Fair Use

CREDIC applies per-plan usage limits for service stability and fair access. Limits may include daily RC question caps, tutor-turn caps per billing month, and speaking-session caps.

Current usage policy details (including daily cap and tutor-turn allowance) are published on thePricing page and may be updated by plan tier.

7. Intellectual Property

All questions, explanations, training logic, and related content in CREDIC are owned by Metilience or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Educational Disclaimer

CREDIC is an educational tool. Score improvement is not guaranteed, and outcomes vary by individual effort and study conditions.
